Co DNA Management Consultancy Trade and Limited Company PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (PDPL) AND EXPLICIT CONSENT INFORMATION TEXT 1. DATA CONTROLLER This Information Text contains explanations regarding the processing of your personal data by our company, acting as the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"), within the scope of online training activities, consultancy services, and news content carried out by Co DNA Management Consultancy Trade and Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "CoDNA"). Co DNA Management Consultancy Trade and Limited Company holds the title of data controller as defined in PDPL Article 3. 2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH USERS' EXPLICIT CONSENT AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING Based on Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law, the personal data to be processed within the context of users' explicit consent are as follows: - Identity and Contact Information: Name, Surname, TR ID number, Date and place of birth, Gender, Email address, Mobile phone number, Work phone number, Residential address, Work address, Social media account information. - Professional and Educational Information: Institution information, Department information, Position/title information, Professional experience information, Educational background, Certificates and diplomas, Foreign language proficiency, Professional competencies. - Online Training Platform Data: Username and password, Account creation date, Last login information, IP address, Device information, Browser information, Training attendance records, Training completion status, Training success level, Quiz/exam results, Training preferences and interests, Training platform usage statistics. 2.4. Financial Data: Bank account information, Invoice information, Payment information, Tax office and number. Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: - Within the Scope of Training Services: Creation and management of online training platform, Preparation and presentation of training content, Planning and organization of training programs, Training attendance tracking and evaluation, Preparation of certificates and attendance documents, Personalization of training content, Measurement and improvement of training quality, Creation and analysis of training statistics. - Within the Scope of Communication and Marketing Activities: Delivery of CoDNA news and announcements, Promotion of new training programs, Delivery of special offers and campaigns, Customer relationship management, Conducting satisfaction surveys, News delivery, Event and webinar announcements. - Within the Scope of Legal Obligations and Quality Standards: Fulfillment of legal reporting obligations, Conducting audit and ethics activities, Ensuring quality standards, Execution of information security processes, Follow-up and management of legal processes. The processing purpose of users' personal data includes sharing this data, when necessary, with legally authorized natural and/or legal third parties, business partners, subcontractors, suppliers, domestic and foreign institutions/persons with whom they cooperate in any field or receive services under contract to carry out their products and services. 3. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS Personal data collected within the framework of the specified Law can be processed for the purposes stated in Articles 3, 5, and 6 of the Law and in this text, and can be transferred when necessary within the framework of the Law. Your personal data is collected through the following channels: Electronic Environments: CoDNA website and subdomains, Online training platform, Mobile applications, Email, SMS, Cookies, Log records, Social media accounts. Physical Environments: Printed forms, Contracts, Business cards, Face-to-face meetings. Other Environments: Online forms, email or phone conversations. 4. STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF PERSONAL DATA The storage periods for personal data are as follows: - Training records: 10 years after training completion - Financial records: 10 years - Log records: 2 years - Communication records: 5 years after the end of business relationship - Platform usage data: During membership and 2 years after termination Your personal data will be disposed of using appropriate methods of deletion, destruction, or anonymization when storage periods expire or the processing purpose ceases to exist. 5. RIGHTS OF USERS AS PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS AND APPLICATION METHOD In this context, the data subject user must communicate their request using the "CoDNA communication channels" specified in Article 8. Requests submitted will be concluded free of charge within the shortest possible time and at the latest within thirty days in accordance with Articles 13/2 and 13/3 of the Law, and shared with the data subject user. Rights you have pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK: - Learning whether your personal data is being processed - Requesting information about your processed personal data - Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose - Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad - Requesting correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly - Requesting deletion or destruction - Requesting notification of correction/deletion/destruction operations to transferred third parties - Objecting to results against you arising from analysis by automatic systems - Claiming compensation if damaged due to unlawful processing To exercise these rights, the right being applied for and related explanations must be clearly stated, the request subject must be clear and understandable, the application must be made by the rights holder or if made on behalf of another rights holder, official documents proving this authority must be submitted. If the rights holder is themselves, this must be documented with official documents and contact information must be added to the application. CoDNA reserves the right to request additional documents when deemed necessary for security purposes. Cases where data subjects do not have the right to request: When personal data processing is necessary for crime prevention or criminal investigation, Processing of personal data made public by the relevant person themselves, When personal data processing is necessary for carrying out supervision or regulation duties and disciplinary investigation or prosecution by authorized public institutions and organizations and professional organizations in the nature of public institutions based on the authority given by law, When personal data processing is necessary for protecting the State's economic and financial interests regarding budget, tax and financial matters. Cases where data subjects' requests will not be processed: Processing of personal data by real persons in the scope of activities related entirely to themselves or family members living in the same residence, provided that it is not given to third parties and data security obligations are complied with, Processing of personal data for purposes such as research, planning and statistics by making it anonymous through official statistics, Processing of personal data for artistic, historical, literary or scientific purposes or within the scope of freedom of expression, provided that it does not violate national defense, national security, public security, public order, economic security, privacy of private life or personal rights or constitute a crime, Processing of personal data within the scope of preventive, protective and intelligence activities carried out by public institutions and organizations that are assigned duties and authorities by law to ensure national defense, national security, public security, public order or economic security, Processing of personal data by judicial authorities or execution authorities in relation to investigation, prosecution, trial or execution proceedings. 6. EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION I have read and understood this information text. I give explicit consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes stated above, its transfer domestically and abroad, and also to receiving information via email, SMS and phone. 7. UPDATES AND CHANGES This information text may be updated by Co DNA when deemed necessary. Changes will be announced by publishing on our website and online training platform.
