**DELIVERY and RETURN**

The product you have purchased is an online training product. Product references below are specified as "Online Training Access Product."

Delivery:

Products purchased with Credit Card are activated immediately upon bank approval. For Wire Transfer/EFT payments, you need to send the receipt to destek@co-dna.com. Wire Transfer/EFT related transactions are activated within ONE (1) business day.

Return:

The product you have purchased is an online training product. You can return it within ONE (1) day from the start date of your membership. For return procedures, you can inform and request at destek@co-dna.com.

In case the Customer returns the Product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price will be refunded within TWENTY (20) days from the moment they request at destek@co-dna.com regarding the returned product. Product refund to credit card is made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. The reflection time to the credit card is at your bank's discretion, not our company's.

If the invoice is requested to be delivered to the address by courier, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Wire Transfer refunds will be made within THREE (3) business days and Credit Card refunds will be made within TWENTY (20) business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After your order is canceled, the full amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank where you made the wire transfer. For installment sales, refunds are reflected by your bank to your credit card as a positive balance each month.
